Parent/Legal Guardian Permission for Child(ren)'s Participation and for Emergency Medical Treatment

For legal and insurance purposes, parents/legal guardians are required to give permission for their child(ren) to participate in church-sponsored activities. I understand that my child(ren) will be under adult supervision at all times. Participants or parents of children participating in church-sponsored activities covered by church insurance are financially responsible for medical, hospital and pharmeceutical expenses above the amount paid by the insurance company for any injury or illness sustained during activities sponsored by the church. In the even of accident or illness, I give my permission for emergency treatment by qualified medical personnel for my child(ren).

Extended Day Option

We are pleased to offer an extended day option for families this year. When Rainforest Falls VBC ends at 12:30pm, children in the extended day program will enjoy more games, crafts and fun options like slip 'n slide, movie day, snacks and more.

Children are asked to bring their lunch, afternoon snacks will be provided. Extended care is from 12:30pm through 5:30pm. Fee for extended care is $125 per child.

Rainforest Falls VBC & Extended Day Program (9:00am - 5:30pm)

Description

July 6-10, 2026-9:00am-12:30pm (Pre-K-4 program ends at 12:00pm) Extended Day Option is from 12:30pm-5:30pm.

Please fill out this form and click submit to register your child for Rainforest Falls Vacation Bible Camp at Waypoint Church. VBC registration is $110 per child. (There is a $10 family discount for each additional child.) You can also register your child for VBC and the extended day option. Registration for extended day is an additional $125 per child. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a family discount for the extended day.
Registration is complete when payment is received.
A limited number of full and partial scholarships are available, contact gladysg@waypoint.church.

(If you need to cancel after May 1, 2026, we will do our very best to fill the spot and issue you a refund, but we cannot guarantee a refund after that date because we will have purchased supplies. Thank you for understanding.)
